Ideas for a book series?

Ok so basically I'm a writer, and I'd really love to make my own series of books, like Harry Potter or Twilight, or the Mates, Dates series by Cathy Hopkins. So do you guys have any ideas on what I could base these books on? They all have to be somewhat related to a topic, but obviously not all book will be the same. Thanks in advance for ideas :)
