Why was my internet server not working last night, any ideas?

it would not allow me in after i had used this sight. i thought maybe i am a bit too open minded for this site and had offended people. had i? am i too rude? or was it just sheer coincidence? is the world ready for Cathy and Heathcliffe or should we leave them be run on the moors for the rest of eternity?
