Whats the first thing I should upgrade? (not building a new one) computer.?

first off get a 64bit operating system. This will allow you to use the CPU to its full potential. Otherwise try upgrading the CPU (used ones on ebay are good sometimes) or get a better video card. 1GB cards are pretty cheap now.
