How do i get my friends to start calling me a diffrent name?

my names leiana and i hate it everyone calls me lei (lay) so of course i hate that too. i dont want somthing shorter just cuter. all my friends call my friend kitty cat her names cathy, and so i wanna be called rainbow! (dont judge!!) but ya how do i get them to call me that
